Morten has 20 years’ experience from green and deep tech development in start-ups and established industries, within a range of business areas such as photovoltaics, circular economy in the waste industry and biofertilizer production.

Prior to ZEG, Morten has 19 years experience from technical and management positions in REC, NOAH and N2 Applied and developed several novel processes within carbon capture and utilization, chemical/products from industrial wastes, and nitrogen-enriched biofertilizer using plasma technology.

Morten holds a Master of Technology in physical chemistry from NTNU and a PhD in catalysis (methane reforming) from University of Oslo.

Shabasheva has more than 14 years of experience from the international energy and marine industry, including TechnipFMC and EnFlow Group, where she has held various roles across Legal, Contracts and Compliance functions. Her background spans such areas as corporate governance, equity transactions, compliance, contractual risk assessment, negotiations, and dispute resolution.

Shabasheva holds a law degree (Cand. Jur.) from the University of Oslo.
